A friendly island ⛩️

Miyajima is a famous little island south of Hiroshima. (Probably) Famous mainly for the Torii gate "inside" the sea.

Cloudy day but still photogenic

Depending on the day and time, the tide is low and it is possible to reach the Torii itself, which did not happen for me, since I visited in the morning. But, as a curiosity, here is a photo I found on the internet:

As I arrived early, and couldn't get close to Torii, I just had to photograph him from afar:

It takes about 40 minutes or so to get to Miyajima from Hiroshima Station. About 30 minutes by train, plus about 10 minutes by boat.
